Kaspa is a 100% open-source project created to enable a decentralized web and better society. Anyone can contribute. Kaspa aims to build a diverse and all-inclusive global community that can come together and empower themselves and promote our vision for the future of digital cash.  Kaspa also seeks to reward the community for participation and contributions. We routinely have developer bounties and community funding pools, and we currently operate with a community donation dev. fund to compensate developers.
